Show SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH V. M. BURNS, Administrator of the Estate of CHARLES C. McINTYRE, McIN-TYRE, deceased; and FRANK McINTYRE, ' Plaintiffs, vs. Unknown Un-known heirs-at-law of LAURA McINTYRE; Mc-INTYRE; deceased, widow of GRANT McINTYRE,' also deceased; deceas-ed; also all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in, or lien upon the real property described in the complaint com-plaint adverse to complainants' ownership or clouding their title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Cline, Wilson Wil-son & Cline, plaintiffs' attorneys, whose address is Milford, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded demand-ed in said complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court, reference to which is hereby here-by made. This is an action brought to quiet title in the plaintiffs and against the said defendants to the following follow-ing described real property situate situ-ate in the County of Beaver, State of Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed as follows, to-wit: Lots 1 and 2, and the Northeast North-east Quarter and the East half of the Northwest Quarter, all in Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 9 West, SLM. Also, an undivided un-divided one-half interest in and to the Southeast Quarter of Section Sec-tion 32, Township 29 South, Range 11 West, SLM. Dated this 28th day of July, 1959.
