Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. 30260 Lessie Mae Poulsen, care John E. Bailey, Milford, Ut, .5 sec.-ft. and 15 ae.-ft. of water from a tunnel known as Fouts Spring, trib. to Beaver River, the water to be diverted at a point N. 2700 ft. and E. 1658 ft, from SW Cor. Sec. 24, T29S, R10W, at a rate of .5 sec.-ft. and conveyed by pipe to a 15 ac.-ft. reservoir located S. 1060 ft. an E. 250 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 26, T29S, R10W, where 15 ac.-ft. will be stored from Nov. 1 to Mar. 31 and released along with .5 sec.-ft. sec.-ft. of direct flow, and used for the domestic requirements of 1 family, fam-ily, watering 75 cows and horses, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate irri-gate 12 acres, all uses in NEVi-NEy4 NEVi-NEy4 SEC. 27, NWy4NW54 Sec. 26, T29S, R10W. 30553 U. S. of America, Bureau of Land Management, P. O. Box No. 777, Salt Lake City, Ut, .5 sec.-ft. from Pine Grove Creek at a point N. 1022.4 ft. and W. 2399.8 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 28, T28S, R17W, the water to be conveyed through a total of 12 miles of 2-in. pipe and distributed to three watering wat-ering troughs and 4 over-night storage ponds and used to water 10,000 sheep and 500 cattle. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before be-fore Sept. 12, 1959.
