Show Ernest A. Hodges Dies in Salt Lake Ernest Albert Hodges, 84, former for-mer Beaver County resident, died in a Salt Lake hospital last Friday of causes incident to age. Mr, Hodges was postmaster in Beaver for several years, and was state mine inspector for 20 years. At the time of his retirement in 1950 he was associated with' Combined Com-bined Metals Reduction Co. He was a member of Wasatch Lodge No. 1, F&AJVf, and Utah Consistory of 32nd Degree Scottish Scot-tish Rite Masons. He was born April 8, 1S74, in England to Henry and Anna A. Hunt Hodges. lie married Eva Francis Farnsworth Sept. 2, 1895, in Beaver. She died in November, 1950. He married Winifred Smith in January, 1952. Survivors are his widow; two sons, E. Grant Hodges, Salt Lakp, and .Floyd Hodges, Bremerton, Wash., and one grandson. Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed in the Masonic Temple, Salt Lake, Monday at noon. Burial was in Mt Oiivt Cemetery, |
