Show under a-ddwi pressure because the elections have been moved up to Thursday, May 1. The band is putting in long hours under direction of Roy Rummler, preparing for the regional band festival Saturday, Satur-day, May 3rd. Mr. Rummler is doing a remarkable job, filling in while band instructor Jesse Long is in the hospital. Wednesday, May 7, is the big day for the Pep Club with cheerleader tryouts in the afternoon aft-ernoon and the annual election elec-tion party scheduled for 6:30 the same day, at the home of Mrs. Bradshaw, Tigerette advisor. ad-visor. The festivities will be held to honor graduating Sen ior members and announce results re-sults of club elections. Waiting for warmer weather, weath-er, the student council has postponed the school hike to May 8. Highlights of the outing out-ing should be a program presented pre-sented by the M H S faculty, and announcement of assistant cheerleaders elected.
