Show Milford Little Leaguers To Sign Up May 10th Roy Young, player agent for the Milford Little League, today to-day issued a call for prospective prospec-tive Little Leaguers to turn out for tryouts at 2 p. m. Saturday, Sat-urday, May 10. at the Little League ballpark east of the Union Pacific depot in Milford. Mil-ford. All boys who will reach their eighth birthday and not pass their 12th by July 31 are eligible, Mr. Young said. Four teams will again compete com-pete this year, with Jefferson Mercantile Co., the Beaver County Clinic, the Merchants, and the Railroaders as spon-'sors. spon-'sors. Prospective players m a y register with Mr. Young, or any of the Little League officers: offi-cers: Don Elmer, president; Bob Davis, vice president; Judy Briscoe treasurer, and Jean Hanley, secretary ; or may register at the ball park on the tryout date. |
