Show ! BINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL NEWS by Joyce OLsen On Television Show Twenty members of the-Junior Class were honored guests on the Vanderhoof Show on KDYL-TV KDYL-TV on Monday, April 12. Purpose Pur-pose was to advertise the Junior Prom "Blue Gardenia" scheduled schedul-ed lor Friday, April 23, at 8:30 p.m. in the high school gym. Appearing on the program were Yvonne barrao, Rose Hardman, Jack Mannion and Max Merrill. Annual Dance Revue Set For April 28 Wednesday, April 28th is the date set for the annual Dance Revue. Twenty solos and group compositions will be presented. Choreography is done by the students and advisor, Virginia Harris. The time is 8:00 p.m. in the auditorium. There will also be a matinee that day at 1:00 pm. Lyceum Number A lyceum number entitled "Cavalcade of Music and Dance" was presented Monday afternoon. after-noon. It was thoroughly enjoyed by the student body and faculty. Student Body Nominations Nominations' for studemrtxlcry officers for the coming year were held last Tuesday. Candidates selected for the various offices are: For president Harold Yates and Bob Peterson; for vice president pre-sident Sally McAllister and Jeanne Hausknccht; for secretary secre-tary JoAnn Pappasideris and MarJeun Lofgran; for yearbook editor Joyce Olsen and Jackie Dahlstrom; for Hi-Light editor Olga Zampos and Rose Hard-man; Hard-man; for business manager Joe Anderson and Norman Chesler; for cheerleader Jancll Hansen and Joan Arritola. Elections will be held next Tuesday morning following ,the campaign speeches. |
