Next week's hostess will be Mrs. Hugo I Bianchi. An open house was held in honor of Mrs. Rasa M. Cunliffe( at her home in Salt Lake City, ' on Sunday, October 25th, the occasion celebrating her 87th birthday anniversary. Among her sons and daughters are Edmund Ed-mund and Reuben Cunliffe of Copperton. Halloween decorations predom ; inated at the monthly conjoint ! dinner of No. 1 Firemen and j auxiliary held Monday night at No. 1 Fire hall. Committee members mem-bers in charge of arranging the dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Earl T. James, Mr. and Mrs. Verio Kendrick, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Kelly and Mr. and Mrs. William Hcnnings. After the delicious dinner bridge was played with prizes awarded to Mrs. Kendrick, Mrs. Anthon O. Jacobson, Marlin Schultz and Harold W. Nielsen. I A Chinese auction was held, donated do-nated by Mrs. Wesley Longfellow Longfel-low and won by Jack Householder House-holder Jr. A very good turnout was present. Mrs. Irvin Stillman I will be hostess to the auxiliary next Monday night. I On Saturday, Oct. 24th, Mrs. Anna Mae Lovat, Mrs. Caroline Murano, Mrs. Rita Ugarte, Mrs. Louis Spera and Miss Connie Mochizuki accompanied Fr. Pel-legrino Pel-legrino to Ogden for the annual convention of the Catholic Women Wo-men of the state. Some 250 members mem-bers came from all parts of Utah.
