Show e - y-. . Fire at Copper Mountain. Fire destroyed the cabin at the Copper Cop-per Mountain mine last Saturday. There were several hands working there at the time, and all their clotaV ing, provisions, ammunition, etc., including in-cluding a wagon belonging to F. M. Blair, were totally destroyed, the hands being at work in the mine when the tire started. It is supposed mice gnawing gnaw-ing at the matches started the fire, which communicating with the blasting blast-ing powder and coal oil soon enveloped everything near in llames. The unfortunate un-fortunate losers by the fire walked the S3 miles in, arriving footsore, weary and hungry. |
