OCR Text	Show SITUATION AT MANILA. There Is no Change Imported in the Philippine Capital. Manila. Jan. 10. There is no change in the situation here. On Friday night public demonstrations were held in Pampangas province in ratification of Aguinaldo's proclamation, and the excitement ex-citement was intense. All natives who enter the city in the night time are searched, and every other precaution is taken. Captain narlan MaeVey, assistant surgeon, was buried ou Friday. Private Pri-vate William Rasch, compan3T M, Kansas Kan-sas volunteers, is dead of smallpox.
