Show NOTK'K TO CONTRACTORS Instruction to ltiddors The Hoard of Education of Washington Wash-ington County School District, St. George, Utah, will receive bids in conformity with the hereto appended NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS, which is being published as required by law Notice (o Contractors Scaled bids will be received up to 12:00 noon Juno 20, 1924 for an "Assembly Hall Addition" to the school building at Washington, Utah, exclusive of plumbing and heating, according to plans and specifications for same which have been prepared by Cannon and Fetzer, Architects, and which are now open for the inspection in-spection of bidders at their office, and also at the office of the undersigned. under-signed. Rids will bo publicly opened and read at said time at the office of the undersigned, St. George, Utah. nuts shall be submitted on forms prepared by the Board of Education; each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for at least five per cent (5'r) of the amount thereof, payable to the undersigned; the amount railed for by said check to be forfeited if the bid accompanying it is accepted and the bidder then fails to enter into the contract or to furnish fur-nish the required bond. A satisfactory bond for the full amount of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. A deposit of $5.00 will be required on each set of plans given out.
