Mr. Roundy accompanied by Lorn May Roundy, Gail Hinton nnd Irene Shamo all of Hurricane Hurri-cane drove out to Kredonla Friday afternoon to visit Mrs. Shamo's parents, Mr. nnd Mrs. Wilford Itrooksby, and a sister, Mrs. Marion Hinton. While there the group went pine nut hunting near Jacob's Lake. With them were Mrs. Itrooksby, Mrs. Hinton and two children, Miss Junnita Hrooksby, and Miss Kula Peterson Peter-son of Cedar City. The cars were parked and nil but Mrs. Hinton went into the pines. She remained in the car for an hour, leaving her baby asleep on the car seat when she joined the others. Derral Roundy land Mrs. Shamo were the first to notice the fire nnd rushed to the car, Derral snatching the suffocating suffocat-ing baby from the machine.
