Show NOTICE TO SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND WATER USERS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT DIS-TRICT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF IRON, STATE OF UTAH. Notice to surface and underground under-ground water users in Escalante Valley Drainage south of Opal, including Milford Valley. In the Matter of the General Determination of Rights to the Use of Waters of Pinto Creek, Iron County, Utah. You and each of you, will please take notice that on February 4, 1942, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., the District Court of the Fifth Judicial Ju-dicial District in and for the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hear the petition filed by Ed. H. Watson, State Engineer of the State of Utah, for an Order Enlarging the Scope of the Proceeding now pending in said Court for a Determination of rights to the use of water of Pinto Creek to include rights to the use of all surface and underground water which contributes con-tributes to and is included in the general area described as follows: That area bounded on the south and southwest by the water parting between the Great Basin Ba-sin and the Colorado River Drainage which said water parting follows the irregular crest of the mountains north of Pine Valley, Santa Clara Valley Val-ley and Beaver Dam Valley. It is bounded on the west by a saddle ; tho npicrhhorhood of the town of Modena and the water I parting of the extension of the Wah Wah Mountains. It is bounded on the east by the water parting between Cedar ; City Valley and the Escalante Desert, which crosses the Beaver Bea-ver River at the Minersville Dam and the water parting of the Mineral Mountains east of Milford. The boundary on the north is the Opal Station on the Union Pacific Railroad. Objections to the granting of said Petition must be presented before the court at the above mentioned time and place. W.
