Show Funeral Service Held At : Springdale April 2 d For William R. Langston SPRINGDALE, Utah F u n e r a 1 services were held April 2 at 10 1 o'clock for William R. Langston, 68, who died at the St. George hospital March 31. Bp. Alvin C. 1 Hardy conducted the services. Musical numbers were furnished by Springdale and Rockville. A - mixed quartet from Rockville sang, "That Beautiful Land"; Mrs. . Ruth Stout sang, "A Perfect Prayer", Mrs. Arden Schiefer and P Verda Crawford sang, "I'm A . Pilgrim"; Preston Larsen sang a solo, "I Know That My Redeemer Lives" and a male quartet from il Springdale, Whitford, Kendall, - Carl and Larkin Gifford sang, 1 1' "The Lord Is My Shepherd". i The speakers were Oscar De- i - mill, Brigham Dalton, Marvin Terry, Pres. Claud Hirschi and Bishop Hardy. A tribute to Mr. : Langston's children from his wife j j was read by Miss Bradshaw. The - remains were taken to Rockville for burial as his first wife was ; buried there. The grave was dedi- I cated by David Lemmon. |
