Show Springdale Mrs. John E. Crawford Reporter The Lark, Bluebird, and Seagull girls with their teachers and mothers moth-ers spent Saturday at the St. George Temple. Some of the girls were baptized. A program was held after which lunch was served. Last Tuesday evening the Beehive Bee-hive girls and mothers attended the Beehive stake swarm day at Hurricane. A good program was rendered and lunch was served. Several girls received their certificates. certifi-cates. A shower was given Miss Virgie Christensen, a bride of the month at the home of Adelia Langston. Mrs. Nerissa Ruesch and Mrs. Bessie Bes-sie Johnson acted as hostesses. Many beautiful gifts were received by her. Twenty-five guests were entertained. Mrs. Ethel Excell went to the Kanab hospital for medical treatment. treat-ment. Misses Claudia and Eleanor Fleming of Cedar City are vising vis-ing friends here. Fred Winder and Jerome Gifford are at Salt Lake City receiving medical aid. Miss Genevieve Assy of St. George is visiting at the home .of Jll"s. Verda Ball.
