Show National Forest Timber For Sale Sealed bids wiU be received by the Regional Forester, Ogden, Utah, up to and including May 10, 1938, for aU the merchantable timber to be marked or designated for cutting on an area embracing about 700 acres with parts of sections 13, 23, 24, 25, and 26, T. 38 S., R. 7 W., and sec. 18, T. 38 S., R. 6 W., S.L.M., Swains Creek watershed, Dixie National Forest, Utah, estimated to be 2,500,000 feet B.M., more or less, of pon-derosa pon-derosa pine, Douglas fir, spruce, and white fir timber. No bid of less that $2.25 per M wiU be considered. con-sidered. The successful bidder wiU be required to pay an additional 25 cents per M feet for timber stand improvement. $300 must be deposited with each bid to be ap-phed ap-phed on the purchase price, refunded, re-funded, or retained in part as liquidated damages, according to conditions of sale. The right to reject any and all bids reserved. Before bids are submitted, fuU information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and the submission of bids should be obtained ob-tained from the Forest Supervisor, Cedar City, Utah, or the Regional Forester, Ogden, Utah.
