Show Enterprise Mrs. Theresa Huntsman Reporter Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Knowleton of Richfield spent the week-end visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Bert Riding. The Thursday evening bridge club were guests of Mrs. Ruth Barnum last week. Those present were Mrs. Gertrude Lund. Mrs. Alta Truman, Mrs. Fern Benson. Mrs. Janet Snyder, Mrs. Belle Holt. Mrs. Dorothy Truman. Mrs. Rozella Elliker, Mrs. Webb Barber arid Mrs. Ezra Tobler. High score was won by Mrs. Rozella Elliker. Mrs. May Hall entertained the Busy Stitchers at her home Thursday. Instead of the regular program, Rook was enjoyed. Mrs. Vada Terry won high score. r.-T. a. The P.-T.A. held their regular monthly meeting in the gym Monday evening. New officers were elected as follows: Ruth Barnum, president: Ezra Tobler, 1st vice-president; Themn Snyder. Emily Truman and Phoebe Orton. recreation committee; Camilla Holt, secretary and treasurer. A good program, consisting of a male quartette and a ladies' chorus; a dance, "The Minuet", a talk on "The Teeth", by the Mobile Dent is and a talk by B. iC. Farnsworth, was rendered. Dancing completed the evening. Miss Pearl Terry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos F. Terry, of Enterprise and Mr. Evan Earl of St. George were married in the I-ogan Temple Tuesday, April 12. Mrs. Amos F. Terry accompanied them to Logan to witness the ceremony. cere-mony. They returned home Friday and the nowlywcds left Saturday for St. George, where they will make their home. The missionary dance held Friday Fri-day night, honoring Iceland Huntsman, Hunts-man, returned missionary, and Amos Terry, outgoing miss ion no', was very successful. Winsor, Mrs, Ethel Simpkins, Mrs. Mary Pickering. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Terry', Arlene Day, Weldon Dny, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Thomas and family attended at-tended Easter services in Zion Park. |
