Show VIRGIN MRS. MINERVA EARL. Quite a number from here at-I at-I tended the Homecoming at St. j George. Abel Riding of Salt Lake City is here visiting his mother, Mrs. Sarah Riding and other relatives. School started here Tuesday with Webb Barber as principal and Lorraine Heaton as primary grade teacher. Mr. and: Mrs. Irving Earl, Sylvester Syl-vester Earl and daughter, Alene have returned from a trip to Las Vegas. Mrs. Mary Gardner and daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Herbert Wood of Kan-arra Kan-arra have returned after a visit here with Mrs. Gewge Matthews and Mrs. Blueford Beams. Alma Flanigan was a business visitor at Cedar City last week. Isaac Turner was a business visitor in Kanarraville on Tuesday. Tues-day. Mrs. Lydia Lee has returned home after visiting with her sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Ed Syphus of St. George for the past ten days. There are ten high school students stu-dents from here attending school at Hurricane. They are Misses Alene Earl, Melva and Mildred Spendlbve, Marie Maloney, Clara Brinkerhoff, Edward Russell and Grant Cornelius, Blaine and Reed Speridlove. Harry Vail and Bill Trumble of California are here looking after their oil interests. |
