Show COUNTY STOCKMEN; AND GAME OFFICIALS DRAFT RESOLUTION At a meeting of the county game uHSOciation officials and cattlemen representatives held last night in the Liberty Hotel, a resolution was drawn up to be presented to tje big game commission com-mission relative to the game and stock situation in this district. In the opinion of the representatives repre-sentatives present at the meeting, meet-ing, and according to infoRnft, cion secured from forestry officials, offic-ials, grazing conditions on the forest are much better this year. The resolution as adopted by the group, and drawn up by two representatives from the stockmen and game representatives, sug-getsed sug-getsed that with the exception of a few areas they did not think that it would be necessary to remove re-move doe deer or to decrease the stockmen's permits. The representatives were agreed that in in so far as they were concerned there should be no cut in the stockmen's permits and if it were necessary doe deer should be removed in the conjested districts. The decision as to overgrazing was to be left up to the forestry department. |
