Show VEYO CCC NEWS The Veterans of Camp Veyo wish to announce their isceond dance of this year. This dance will be held at 8:30 p.m., February 8. 1936, in the company mess hall. Anyone desiring to attend are welcome and are cordially invited. No charge of any kind will be made. The camp orchestra, composed of six men of this company, who have had several successful engagements, en-gagements, and who are looking j for more outside engagements, will furnish the music. Camp Veyo reports the addition of seventy-five men from California, Califor-nia, who arrived last week, and which bolsters the strength of the company. We now wish to report fifty men, some of them part of the California groups and some of the older men of the company, are being be-ing sent to Pinto, Utah. These men will take over the Pinto camp, which was recently built, and shortly thereafter abandoned. aban-doned. Among the men assigned to Pinto, are first class caterpiller operators, jack hammer operators, and men who understand road building and repairing. |
