Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah Notice is hereby given that Cleo Wood, Hurricane, Utah, has made Application in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate .0016 sec. ft. of water (0.72 g.p.m.) from Gooseberry spring in Washington county. Said water will be diverted from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, at the point of issuance of said spring, location S 54 deg. 24 min. W 744 ft. from the NE Cor. of Sec. 14, T 42 S, R 12 W, SLB&M, and conveyed by an existing inch pipe 588 ft. to an existing galvanized tank, from which it will be released as needed need-ed and used in a cement trough to water 150 head of cattle. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12817. All protests resisting resist-ing the granting of said Application, Applica-tion, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humphreys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before March 4, 1939. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
