Show Short Creek, Ariz. 3Irs. I. W. Carling Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Black, Lizzie Colvin and Susie Barlow made a trip to Cedar City and vicinity Friday. They returned on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Lauritzen, Mrs. Verda Lauritzen and Mrs. Elva Carling attended the annual "P.-T.A. program and banquet held at Fredonia at the high school building Friday evening, Jan. 27. J. Reed Lauritzen has gone to Hollywood, Calif. He accompanied his sister, Marian to her home there. Mrs. Rosenburg and grandson of Cedar City have been visiting with Mrs. Rosenburg's daughter and family, Mrs. LaVerne Lauritzen. Laurit-zen. We enjoyed six or eight inches of snow Saturday morning. It is much colder since the snow. Lawrence Stubbs has gone to Logan, Utah on business. Several people here are suffering suffer-ing from bad colds. George, Marvin and Sherling Black, who are attending school at Fredonia, spent the week-end at home with their mother. Alfonzo Nyborg, Leonard, Millard Mil-lard and Warren Black made a business trip to Fredonia today. |
