Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, January 15, 1940. Emil J. Graff, Hurricane, Utah, has filed the following Applications Applica-tions to appropriate water from March 1 to May 31 of each year for irrigation purposes: 13217- Ash creek 10 sec. ft. at point S. 42 deg. 29 min. W 6163 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 31, T. 38 S.,' R. 12 W. for 360 acres" of land in Sees. 5, 6, and 7, T. 39 S., R. 12 W. 13218- Dry creek 10 sec. ft. at point N. 300 ft. and E. 2580 ft. from E Cor Sec. 29, T. 38 S., R. 12 W. for 250 acres of land in Sees. 29, 30, 31 and 32, T. 38 S., R. 12 W. 13219- Kanarra creek, 15 sec. ft. at point N. 300 ft. and E. 2164 ft. from W Cor Sec. 17, T. 38 S., R 12 W. for 300 acres of land in Sees. 19, and 30, T. 38 S., R. 12 W., SLB&M. Protests against any of said Applications must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with T. H.
