Show NOTICE OF INTENTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City of St. George of the intention of said council to make the following described improvements, to-wit: a sewer and drainage system to be known as sewer and drainage district dis-trict Number six, and defray a part of the cost thereof by local assessment. It is proposed to construct con-struct the said system as a WPA project. The said sewer and drainage drain-age system is estimated to cost a total of S130.866. of which it is estimated the Federal Government will furnish $93,987, and the balance bal-ance of $36,879, is to be paid by the city, which the city council intends to defray by local assessment assess-ment upon the blocks, lots, part of lots or lands within the following follow-ing described district, being the district to be affected or benefited bene-fited by said improvements, namely: Lots 6 and 7, Block 28, Plat "A"; E of N Block 10; Ni Block 11; N Block 12; N Block 13; NV2 Block 14; All of Blocks 23, 24, 25, 26; E Block 27; E Block 28; All of Block 29, 30, 31, 32, 41, 42, 43, 44; E Block 45; E block 46; All of Blocks 47, 48, 49, 50; NNW Block 57; Ny2NV2 Block 58; All of Blocks 59, 60, 61, 62; E block 63; E Block 64; All of Blocks 65, 66, 67, 68 ana b9; K Block 70; SW 1 Block 75; S Block 76; S Block 77; SV2 Block 78; S : Block 79; S Block 80; and 1 E of SV2 and Lots 5 and 6, : Block 81; All of Plat B, St. George City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention or making such improvement must be presented in writing to the city recorder on or before 2 o'clock P.M., the 3rd day of February, Feb-ruary, 1940, being the time set by said council when it will hear and consider such objections as may be made there.
