Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake Citv, September 12, 1938. Notice is hereby given that John Reed Lauritzen, . Short Creek, Arizona has made Application, in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate .125 sec. ft. of water from Jan's Canyon Spring channel in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year, at a point located W. 2640 ft. and S. 2676 ft. from the NE Cor. Sec. 21, T. 43 S., R. 10 W., SLB&M., conveyed by a 3 inch pipe 2985 ft., and used to irrigate 10 acres of land embraced em-braced in the NW Sec. 27, T. 43 S., R. 10 W., SLB&M. As much of said water as is necessary will be used for incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12689. All protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit af-fidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before November 19, 1938. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
