Show ROCKVILLE Rockville, Feb. 20. The local dramatic dram-atic club staged a play here last Tuesday Tues-day entitled "Poor Father." The play was much enjoyed by the large audience audi-ence present. Thursday a company from the St. George West ward staged the play "Bab." It was equally well appreciated. 1 Miss Erma DeMill made a trip to St. George Monday. Representatives from all the auxilary ; organizations of the ward attended , Union meeting at St. George Sunday. Word was received here Sunday of 1 the death of Andrew Beuharman, a ; former resident of this place which oc- cured recently and details will be in next week's issue. Marvin Terry made a trip to Hurricane Hurri-cane Sunday. Daniel Heaton of Alton was a visitor here Sunday. . Lawrence Kleinman of Toquerville was here on business last week. v m Mr. and Mrs. David P. Terry entertained enter-tained Friday evening in honor of Mr. and Mrs. George Terry of Hinckley. About twenty old friends of Mr. and Mrs. Terry were present and a most delightful evening was spent, delicious refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Terry left for their home in Hinckley Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Afton Ballard entertained enter-tained members of the Ono club and their husbands at an ice cream party last Friday night. A most enjoyable evening was spent. Miss Iva Hirschi and Miss Evelyn Terry came up from Hurricane Thursday. Thurs-day. They returned to school there Sunday. Roswell and Newell K. DeMill spent , the week end in St. George. |
