Show VIRGIN Virgin, Feb. 20. A. L. Boyce has sold the Virgin Inn to Mrs. Perry Taylor Tay-lor of Los Angeles. Mr. Boyce left for his home in Los Angeles Friday morning. morn-ing. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Korff returned from Los Angeles last Thursday. .Mr. Korff is head driller at the Virgin petroleum company's well. Flanni-gan Flanni-gan and Mr. and Mrs. Evan Prothers. Quite a force of men are working on the Virgin Canal spring cleaning the ditch and also extending the ditch onto more land. Mrs. Elizabeth Beames returned yesterday yes-terday from Leeds, where she has been visiting the past ten days. W. H. Hopkins has returned home from the "Arizona Strip" where he has been the past month, doing assessment work on some mining claims. The Rockville Dramatic club staged stag-ed the play entitled "Poor Father," here last Wednesday night. The play was good and was enjoyed by all. |
