Show HURRICANE Hurricane, Nov. 21. Oscar A. Kirk-ham, Kirk-ham, B. S. regional executive, J. H. Maughan, Zion Park Council president, and John A. Young, Council executive, were here Friday night and held a meeting with the parents and scouts and gave some very good instructions. It is to be hoped that scouting will receive more attention in the future than has been shown. Ether Wood has purchased the home of John H. Petty and expects to move in soon. William Stevens, son of Mrs. Aurelia Petty, has moved his family here for the winter while he is employed at the Kiabab. Mrs. Ellen Spendlove is ill with pleuro-pneumonia. Dr. and Mrs. William Baker of Fillmore Fill-more are here visiting the latter's mother, Mrs. Petty. The county board of education met here Monday. Pres. E. H. Snow was here last week in connection with the telephone interests. in-terests. The supervisor of seminary work of the state was here today in company ; with Pres. Nicholes. ! J. D.
