Show ENTERPRISE HIGH SCHOOL The Enterprise Student Body consists con-sists of the following officers and offices: of-fices: Howard Holt, president; Mari-bah Mari-bah Terry, vice president; Ha Adair, Secy.-Treas.; Leora Farnsworth, debating de-bating manager; Georgia Holt, reporter; report-er; Hazel Terry, amusements chairman; chair-man; Ivan Holt, boys athletic manager; manag-er; Marva Adair, girls athletic manager; manag-er; Arnold Barlocher and Alene Piatt, cheer masters. The Student Body gave a dance Friday Fri-day night Nov. 11, in the ward hall. A number of eirls were dressed to reDre- sent pies, grape, apple, lemon, cream, pine-apple and pumpkin. The pies were auctioned off. They sold from fifty cents to as high as $3.00 a pie. The dance was well advertised and made a success of. The money that was taken in amounted to $42.05, clearing clear-ing $27.05. This money with student body fees will go for use in our student body activities. In assembly, November 18. a very interesting in-teresting and exciting debate was given. giv-en. It was: Resolved, That an old maid is more useful to a community than an old bachelor. Of course the boys were for the bachelors and so the girls went fifty fifty with them. On the affirmative side was Zorctha Hall and Alene Piatt. The nee-alive consisted con-sisted of Ivan Holt and Justin Lamb. The negative side brought out the fol-when fol-when they said. "When God created the earth he made a woman to help Adam, but now in this day when the men wanted help he used niarhiwry. The affirmative knocked the point i when ll.ev said.
