Show SAYS CLINT MILNE AN ARTIST For the past week, in passing the Beaver Hotel, we have been watching Clint Milne of St. George, at work of decorating the interior of the new dining din-ing room. We have observed the transfiguration of the alabaster walls to shades of blending colors, until the room gives one the impression of a dreamy sylvan nook. It is not merely the work of a house-painter and decoratorbut decor-atorbut that of an artist. The shades, from the panel baseboards resembling re-sembling artificial leather, to the sun-glowed sun-glowed walls which harmonize with the new chandeliers swinging from the ceiling, gives such an enticing and restful appeal, that it will be a pleasure pleas-ure to enjoy a dinner in such environments. environ-ments. The decorative .work on the walls is known in art parlance as "Tiffany "Tif-fany Blend," and in this work Mr. Milne has proved himself a master. Beaver City Press. |
