Show BUNKERVILLE EL"N'KERVILLE. Feb. 5. The caterpillar cat-erpillar tractor left here Sunday afier being in town for two weeks. All the streets have been graded, with the assistance as-sistance of teams and scrapers, and a decided improvement is noted in the looks of the town. A tractor is now at work on the road from the Key West mine to the bridge across the Virgin river eight miles below be-low town. There were three funerals at Mesquite Mes-quite last week. Many of the people of Bunkerville attended the services. One was for the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Leavitt who died at Las Vegas and was brought home for burial. bu-rial. The second was for a child of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman of Arden, Nevada, Ne-vada, who was killed in a car accident. acci-dent. The child's mother, Mrs. Delias Woodbury Coleman received a broken arm in the wreck. The third death was Mrs. Lamb, mother of Mrs. Geo. Granger, who died from the infirmities infirmi-ties of old age. |
