Show SPRINGDALE SPRINGDALE. Feb. 3. Last Wednesday Wed-nesday Dr. McGregor of St. George was called to the bedside of Margie Johnson, who has been very low with flu pneumonia. She is very much improved im-proved at this writing. Oliver Gifford has returned home from Cedar City hospital. We are all glad to see him around again. M. E. Gifford has passed through his operation successfully and is doing well now. He has suffered for years with heart trouble and much anxiety was felt over his condition. Miss Erma Ruesch has returned from the Cedar City hospital. The Misses LaNetta Johnson and Mary Gifford were visitors at Cedar City last week. We have been having very mild weather lately and many light showers. The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Reed of Ogden, who are here working, has been quite ill. j J. B. Chauncy Langston who had his leg broken in an automobile accident some time ago. has left for the St. George hospital. It will be necessary to re-break and re-set the bone. Whitford Gifford and family were visitors at Rockville Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Hardy and Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Johnson were entertained enter-tained by Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Winder Sunday evening. |
