Show ROCKVILLE Rockville, Sept. 8. Otto Jennings, Irving Dalton, Leo, George, Howard, and Glen Hirschi, left Friday morning morn-ing for Caliente, Nevada, where. they have work with a construction corn-party. corn-party. Almost every member of this community com-munity attended the funeral of Mrs. Viola Jones at Grafton, Sept. 3. Mrs. Jones has been a life-long member mem-ber of the Rockville ward and had many friends here. David Jennings, an instructor at the U. A. C, spent the week end here visiting his uncle, James Jennings, Sr., and other relatives. He was accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Jennings and their three children. On the 31st ult., we were visited by Guy Hafen and Miss Katherine Miles of the Stake S. S. board. They demonstrated Sunday School work. Irad DeMill, son of Oliver DeMill, Sr., and Miss Mildred Jolley of Springdale were married in the Saint George temple on Friday, Sept. 5. We have had some very welicome showers during the last two days. Marvin Terry made a business trip to St. George last week. Miss Elaine Millett of Hurricane is here visiting relatives. |
