Show WASHINGTON yyASHIXGTOX, April 2 6. Lewis Le-wis Elliker of Enterprise and Miss Rosella Tobler of this place were married Friday in the St. George temple. The young couple , left the aai'ie day for California' to spend their honeymoon. At the end of last week this town had sold $1000 worth of early garden vegetables. Miss Ida Jolley left Saturday for Los. Angeles to spend the summer. A few friends of McKay Neilson Neil-son enjoyed a party at his home Saturday evening. Mrs. May Sandberg entertained entertain-ed the Les Amies club last week. Mrs. Erma Sandberg of St. George was an invited guest. Mrs. Jessie Jolley and Isa-belle Isa-belle Neilson entertained the Just-a.Mere club last Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mr. and Mrs. LaFell Iverson of La Verkin were visiting relatives here Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. G L. Latham and Miss Laura Hullinger of Kooseveil are visiting at uie home of Mrs. Latham's grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Sarah J. Gould. Mrs. Orson Barney and children chil-dren who have spent the winter here, will return to Roosevelt with Mr. Latham. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Sproul, Mr. and Mrs. James Watters, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Dewey,' Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Latham, Mrs. Susie Dewey, Mrs. Lodenna Ruby, Miss Laura Hullinger and Ardell Sproul spent Wednesday at Pin-tura Pin-tura at the home of Mr. and Mrs. -Joseph ..Sylvester. A piano recital was given on Sunday evening by students of Mrs. Ada Cannon. Ida Iverson was awarded a pin for making the greatest progress during the winter. |
