Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 28, 1925. Notice is hereby given that Oscar DeMill, whose post office address is Rockville, Utah, has made application in accordance with Sec. 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to change the place of use of one (1) c. f. s. of water from Horse Valley Wash in Washington County, Utah. Heretofore, Here-tofore, the water has been diverted at a point which bears 1117 ft. W. and 2 64 ft. S. from the E cor. of Sec. 11, T. 42 S., R. 11 W., S. L. M. and used for the irrigation of laud embraced in the SEi4SW, Sec. 2; NEi4NW, NWi4NE Sec. 11, T. 42 S., R. 11 W., S. L. M. It is now desired to divert the water at the same point described above and convey con-vey in a djtch a distance of 3700 ft. where it will be used for the irrigation irriga-tion of 17.9 acres of land embraced in parts of S V2 SW , SW Vi SE Sec. 2; NENW, WVzNEU Sec. 11, T. 42 S., R. 11 W., S. L. M. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a821. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by- affidavit in duplicate, accompanied .with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
