Show WINTER AGAIN STRIKES UTAH Just when everyone thought spring was here to stay, winter returned again Wednesday leaving a large part of the state under a snow blanket. This extended as far south as Cedar City and the mountain ranges in the vichvty of St. George. In Cedar City two inches fell Wednesday between the hours of 2 and 6 p. m. The precipitation pre-cipitation was .35 of an inch. St. George did not entirely escape es-cape the effects of the northern cold, the temperature dropping rapidly yesterday afternoon and reached a low of 35 at 5 o'clock this morning and after sunrise the mercury dropped to 33.
