Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. August 15, 1925. Notice is hereby given that James F. Younger, whose post office address ad-dress is Iron Springs. Utah, hat-made hat-made application in accordance with the requirements of the Complied Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate one (1) c. f. s. of water from Dixie Mineral Hot Springs in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the springs which bear S. 50 11' E. IS 9 3 ft. from the W'4 cor. Sec. 25, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a canal a distance of 2000 ft. where the water will be lifted by means of a pump 170 ft. to the hotel where it will be used during the entire year for bathing and sanatarium purposes. purpos-es. After being so used the water will be returned to the natural stream at a point S. 35 W. 7 50 ft. from WVi cor. of aforesaid Sec. 2 5. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 9772. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
