Show I FOKMKK ST. UKOIUJK ! MAX D1KS AT IMIOVO Trovo, June 29. Funeral services will be held in the Manavu ward chapel Wednesday at 2 p. m. for Jesse J. Blake, 5S, for many years engaged in the cleaning and dyeing business in this city, who died at the family home, 7S2 north First East street, Sunday. He had been afflicted af-flicted with asthma for a number of years. He was born in Salt Lake, Sept. 3, ! 1S70, the son of James J. and Jane j: Blake. When a child he went with his parents to St. George where he lived until he moved here in 1911. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Dolly Blake; three daughters, Mrs. M. E. Curtis, and Mrs. Amos Dallin, McGill, Nevada, Miss Etha Blake, Provo; four stepchildren, Mrs. Rodney Rod-ney Farnsworth, Comptche, Calif.; T.afe and Don Alger and Mrs. Leonard Leon-ard Madsen, Provd; his mother, who lives in St. George, two brothers and four sisters.
