Show ROAI) FUNDS SINK TO BETTER DIXIE HIGHWAYS Hastening of spring construction work to complete roads in Utah's Dixie for the tourist season occasioned occasion-ed the heaviest drain on state road funds of March. A statement issued by the state auditor showed $30,183 spent on roads in Washington county coun-ty last month. Spring maintenance took an additional addi-tional $33,211.64.
