Show CANE BEDS, ARIZONA Cane Beds, Ariz., Nov. 28. Karl Perkins had the misfortune to fall from a horse yesterday while chasing a sheep. He hurt his right shoulder quite badly and his face is some what bruised and skinned up. Miss Julia Perkins was a passenger on the mail yesterday from the In- j dian reservation where she is work- ! ing. She came home to spend Thanksgiving and will stay a few . days. The county has just finished doing some road work on the sand in our district and we appreciate this improvement im-provement very much. The young people from Short Creek were over to our Thanksgiving dance last evening. Everybody had an enjoyable time. Elwin Ballard, from Grafton, has been in Cane Beds the past few days. i |
