Show PARKS FLAN NEW ACCOMMODATIONS Bryce canyon national park is to have a new type of accommodation accommo-dation to orfer its visitors -this season when the Utah Parks company completes its cabin unu, construction of which will soon be undertaken at an estimated cost of $25,000. A permanent central building housing a cafeteria will be constructed con-structed this spring. Canvas will be used temporarily this year to provide sleeping accommodations but will eventually be replaced bv l)prni::nptlt rnliinc nf thn housekeeping type. The lodge will be opened June 1, although a few visitors are entering each day. The lodge at Zion will open on May 15. While travel figures for the 1932 season, which began be-gan October 1, 1931, show a loss of S.4 per cent to April 30, recent re-cent travel has shown a fair in-1 j crease, indicating that the park may expect this year's patronage patron-age to be at least equal to l ist I year. ! |
