Show NOTICE TO WATER VHEHS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake Citv, Utah, June 5, 1934. Notice is hereby given that John M. Pulsipher, St. George, Utah, has made application In accordance ac-cordance with the Laws of Utah to appropriate 2 sec. ft. o water from the East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash in Washington County. Coun-ty. Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted 'from January 1st to December Dec-ember 31st inch of each year at a point which bears 5360 ft. due South from the corner common to Twps. 3S and 39 South, Ranges 18 and 19 West, S.L.B.&M., and conveyed 12,000 ft. to the Gold Strike Mine In the Bull Valley mining district and there used for mining and culinary purposes. This use will consume 1 sec. ft. of said water and 1 sec. ft. will be returned to the natural channel of said wash at a point which bears S. 90 ft. and W. 100 ft. from the SE cor. Sec. 18, Twp. 39 South, Range 18 West, S.L.B. &M. Said application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11544. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
