Woodbury Wood-bury died on January 21. Her small son died a few days before. Myron Abbott and Miss Annie Burgess were married a few days ago. Elder L. R. Abbott returned home from the mission field, Wednesday night. Born, a son to Mr. and Mlrs. George E. Miles on January 15. i Born, a daughter to Mr. and 1 Mrs. E.. D. She was in the neighborhood neigh-borhood of 100 years of age. John D. T. McAllister died Friday, January 21. He was S3 years of age and president of the St. George Temple. He left two wives, twenty-one children, sixty-seven grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. February 3 Washington The two small sons of Charles J. Hall, were injured, when they threw some giant caps into a fire. Both lost fingers. Frank Prince intends leaving February 5th for the Southern States mission. ToquerviUe John T. Batty and Miss Eva Slack were married in the St. Goerge Temple, February' 2nd. Bunkerville Born, daughters to Mr. and Mrs. Nephi Hunt and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Bunker this week. Miss Eleanor Atkin is a new clerk at Nelson's store. Miss Ruth Morris is a clerk at Whitehead's White-head's store. A family 'dinner was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Worthen, in honor of Mrs. Ann Cannon Woodbury. February 10 'ToquerviUe Born, daughters to Mt. and Mrs. Mark Lamb and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bringhurst. Springdale Elias Gifford was thrown from a horse on February 7, and it is thought that his skull was fractured. February 17 Santa Clara Samuel Knight died February 11, at Bunkerville, of pneumonia. He leaves a wife and fourteen children. Samuel Lorenzo Adams died Tuesday, February 15. He was sixty-seven years of age. |
