Show CEDAR BAND GIVES CONCERT The B. A. C. band, under the direction of Melvin Done presented pre-sented an exchange band concert Thursday. Although the house wasn't packed the music made up for the lack of members. This was one concert that most people enjoyed for the reason that the numbers rendered were within the scope of understanding, or conception con-ception of appreciation by the audience. au-dience. The program varied from popular pop-ular numbers to heavy overtures, making a very delightful evening's entertainment. At the close of the concert the band played the Dixie and B. A. C. school songs. . The feeling of good will aroused by these activities activi-ties should be encouraged instead of that of rivalry and hatred that often accompanies competitive work. |
