Show WASHINGTON Mr. and Urn, Clayton Williams, are the proud parents of a baby boy, born December 13th. Mrs. Mary Jolly and daughter Ida and son Howard left Saturday Satur-day Tor California where they will spend the holidays. An old time dance was given Saturday night at tho ward amusement ball. May Iverson npent Tuesday nt Kanarra visiting. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Williams and son of Kanarra npont Wednesday Wed-nesday hero visiting. Tony Nlsson and Mart Ivorson who la attending school at the BYU are hero spending tho Christmas holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Frel are visitors at the homo of Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Nlsson. The district school gave a Christmas entertainment Friday evening. Mrs. Lydia Stephens was taken to the Washington County hospital hospi-tal Friday for medical treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Pratt Prince of St. George were visitors here Monday. Lyman Lathan returned Friday from the Washington County hospital hos-pital where he was operated on for appendicitis. A family dinner was given in honor nf Hyrum S. Boggs' 84th birthday at the home of his oldest old-est daughter, Mrs. Eva B. Iverson, Iver-son, December 2 5. There were 4 2 present. He has three daughters daugh-ters living, Mrs. Orpha B. Gould, Mrs. Matilda B. Ilannig and Mrs. Eva B. Iverson and one son Mr. Reuben M. IloggB. He also has eighteen grandchildren and eleven elev-en great-grand children. His father waH one of the first 144 that came to Salt Lake and he was tTie third boy born in Salt Lake City. H,iH family wishes him many more happy birthdays. Ivin Davies, Willard Williams and Hazel Blake were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Clay-ton Williams, Tuesday. |
