Show IN AND ABOUT PE-215 By F. E. Moscon Most of the fellows spent the Christmas holidays in northern Utah and report a very enjoyable time with their folks. The Camp was host to the wives and children of the members mem-bers that remained in this vicinity vicin-ity for Christmas. About forty were present for the dinner. Dinner Menu Fruit jello, whipped cream, sweet pickles, green olives, celery hearts, vegetable veget-able salad, roast young turkey, sage dressing, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy, mashed Irish potatoes, pota-toes, french peas, buttered, candied cand-ied sweet potatoes, bread and butter, plum pudding, brandy sauce, pumpkin pie, mince pie, Christmas Cake, grape punch, coffee with nvilk and sugar, candy, nuts, fruit. The weather in northern Utah is trying hard to out do Dixie, and I think that for the holiday Just past, it has sure at least made Dixie get right down and show its best to keep up with it. The children were getting marbles, roller skates and base ball equipment for their . Christmas Christ-mas presents instead of the old winter stand bys. Last week we were entertained by Mr. Reid, titled "The Romance of Southern Utah, and its romance ro-mance proven by 18 of its St. George beauties. |
