OCR Text	Show I INCOME TAX BLANKS TO BE RELEASED JAN. 2 Ira N. Hinckley, collector of Internal Revenue for the District Dis-trict of Utah, is today in receipt of a telegram from Hon. Guy T. Helvering, Commissioner of Internal In-ternal Revenue, Washington, D. C., stating that all income tax blanks for the year 1933, will be released for distribution January 2. 1934, with the exception of Forms 1041 and 1065, which forms will be released upon receipt re-ceipt for the Bureau. Blanks will be mailed out to those names nam-es appearing on the Collector's mailing list; others may receive blanks by calling at the collector's collect-or's office, 365 Federal Building, I Salt Lake City, Utah.
