Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 28, 1929. Notice is hereby given that Andrew An-drew B. Christenson, whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1 9 2 9 inclusive, to appropriate 15,000 acre feet of water from the Virgin River in Washington County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water is to be diverted di-verted and stored during the entire year in a reservoir known as the Virgin Reservoir the center of the impounding dam of which bears N. 51 deg. E. 16,400 ft. from the NE cor. Sec. 2, T. 42 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M. The water is to be released from the reservoir thence conveyed by canals and used during dur-ing the entire year as a supplemental supple-mental supply to irrigate 40,000 acres of land embraced in parts of Sees. 26 to 34 incl., T. 41 S., R. 13 W.; W Twps. 42 and 43 S., R. 13 W., parts of Sees. 1, 2, 6, 7, 11 to 15 incl. 21 to 36 incl. T. 42 S., R. 14 W, T. 43 S., R. 14 W., parts of Sees. 1, 2, 11 to 36. incl. T. 43 S., R. 15 W., parts of Sees. 23 to 36 incl. T. 43 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. & M., and also as a supplemental supply to irrigate 40,-000 40,-000 acres of land embraced in Sees. 1, 2, 3, 9, to 17 incl., 19 to 24 incl., 26 to 34 incl., T. 41 N., R. 13 W., G. & S. R. M., Sees. 22 to 25 incl. 36 and parts of Sees. 27 and 31 T. 41 N., R. 14 W., G. & S. R. M. 21,120 acres. Also that part of the unsurveyed lands of the Public Domain described as follows: Beginning at the S. W. cor. T. 41 N., R. 13. W., G. & S. R. M., thence E. 18,480 ft., S. 26,-400 26,-400 ft., W. 15,848 ft., N. 15,840 ft., W. 2640 ft., N. 10,560 ft. to place of beg. containing approx. 10,240 acres. Also beg. at the NE cor. T. 41 N., R. 13 W., G. & S. R. IS..; thence E. 13.200 ft., S. 5280 ft., E. 7929 ft., S. 10.560 ft., E. 5280 ft., S. 5280 ft., W. 15,840 ft., N. 5280 ft., W. 5280 ft., N. 10,560 ft., W. 5280 ft., N. 5280 ft., W. 5280 ft., N. 5280 ft., to place of beg., containing approx. 8640 acres. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10453-a.
