Show NEW HARMONY NEW HARMONY, Jan. 23. 'With the thermometer registering 6 degrees de-grees below zero, Tuesday night has gone on record as the coldest night recorded here. A. F. Mathis, Elmer Taylor, George Schmutz and Andrew G. Schmutz have returned from their goat flocks and report them wintering win-tering well. Claud Taylor is improving from his recent illness. Mrs. Pratt Prince and Mrs. Max A. Pace have joined their husbands hus-bands at Cedar City where the gentlemen have employment as painters. W. W. Cannon and A. B. Prince were here from St. George on business busi-ness last week. Our roads which have been impassable im-passable on account of drifting snow, are again open to traffic. Reed Prince is home again after a short stay at the sheep camp in Hurricane valley. Ben Jobb has been in town from the goat camp for a short visit with his wife. Some of the young folks spent a pleasant evening Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Prince. |
