Show GUN LOCK Jlis-es Bernice Holt and Vera McAllister entei-Jained all the young folks Tuesday night at the Holt home. A delicious lunch and melons were served. The M. I. A. gave a dance Wednesday night. Our school started Monday with Mr. Webb as principal and Miss Carmilla Holt as teacher for the lower grades. We have about eighteen young people going away to school this j tvinter. Most of them are going to St. George. Mrs. Jacob Jones of Pioclie, Xevada is in town visiting for ! a few days. I Mrs. Mary E. Leavitt has moved mov-ed to St. George for the winter i to work in the temple and to j be with her grandchildren Andrew An-drew and Bernice Holt. Joseph Neilson has gone to St. George to take his daughter-, Rena to school. He will remain there a few days and work on his home there. Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Bowler, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford H. Holt, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Hunt, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hunt, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum E. Jones, Mr. and 'Mrs. Leland Martineau, Angus Jones and Mrs. Lee Leavitt all went to Enterprise to attend the funeral of George A. Holt on Sunday. Jock Nielsen has been laying the .adobes for a two room house for LeGrande Bowler. Lee Leavitt is having his goats sheared. They are over at Jackson. |
