Show ENTERPRISE Mrs. LaRue Emett has returned return-ed from Mesquite, Nevada, where she has been visiting with her parents for several weeks. Walter Miles and Rulon Pectol, teacher in our district school, went to Salt Lake City, Thursday, the former on school business, the latter to purchase a new car. The Relief society sponsored a temple excursion Thursday. Fifteen Fif-teen people went to spend their time doing temple work. Andrew Hafen and Alma Terry, who have been in the CCC camps for the past six months, are at home agaain. Arthur P. Jones and Lamond Huntsman have gone to St. George. They received notice to appear as jurors. Leland Huntsman Hunts-man took them down. Frank Miles, secretary of County Relief work, and W. R. : Dunkley, spent Tuesday here on business. George Tait has gone to Alamo, Nevada, to plow and plant crops. He is planning to move his family fam-ily here later. Word has been received here of the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Williams, in the Cedar City hospital, March 2 6. Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Winsor and son, Stanford spent Tuesday and Wednesday visiting at Boulder Dam. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Hunt and family have moved here to make their home for the summer. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Miller have returned o their home in Fallon. Mrs. Miller has been here with her daughter, Mrs. Richard Huntsman for six weeks. Mr. Miller came to take her home and spent a few days visiting. Mr. and Mrs. N. R. Frei, Rulon Pectol, Laura Huntsman, Helena Thomas, and Stanton Jones spent the week-end in St. George. Seth Jones, Emil Barlocker. Mr. and Mrs. Durward Terry and Marian Terry have gone to Salt Lake on business and to attend conference. |
